We are excited to be shortlisted by the FEM Americas EMMAs for two prestigious awards : “Most innovative use of technology” and “Rising star in Global Mobility”.

Benivo and Fragomen hosted a morning of lively panel debate on acquiring and retaining Top Talent in 2018.

Combined with AIRINC, the leading authority on international mobility data since 1954, Benivo is conducting research into the management of entry level employee mobility.

Despite the recent progress and the advancement to Phase Two of the talks between the European Union and the United Kingdom, uncertainty remains when it comes to EU citizens’ rights in a post-Brexit UK. It is a good sign that the joint progress report from 8 December states both parties’ intentions to ensure reciprocal protection of EU and UK citizens. But at the same time the report also stresses that “nothing has been agreed until everything has been agreed”.

The modicum of progress the UK government has made recently in their Brexit talks with the EU should not be an excuse for companies to lean back: While both sides have, in early December 2017, stated their intention that the free movement of EU citizens in the UK and vice versa shall remain in place, nothing is agreed before everything is agreed. Companies based in the UK will need to keep working hard to attract and retain the best talent.
