This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you:
- visit www.benivo.com;
- contact us or request a demo;
- subscribe to our communications;
- participate in a Benivo survey;
- register for or attend a Benivo event, webinar or other event in which Benivo participates; or
- otherwise interact with Benivo for marketing or business purposes.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to employees using the Benivo employee mobility platform. A separate Benivo Users Privacy Policy applies to those Services.

2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
Contact and business information, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, employer, job title and country.
Information you provide to us, including information provided when requesting a demo, contacting us, completing a survey, registering for an event or communicating with our team.
Website and technical information, including IP address, browser and device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages visited, links clicked, referring website and information about how you use our website.
Marketing and communication information, including your marketing preferences and information about how you interact with our emails, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.
Event information, including registration and attendance information and information you provide when participating in Benivo events, webinars or surveys.
We may also receive business contact information from event organisers, business partners or other sources where permitted by law.
3. How and why we use personal data
We process personal data only where we have an appropriate lawful basis.

You can stop receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe or preference-management link in our marketing emails or by contacting privacy@benivo.com.
Where you opt out of marketing, we may retain limited information on a suppression list so that we can respect your preference.

Service providers acting on our behalf are required to protect personal data and use it only for authorised purposes.
We do not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
7. International transfers
Benivo operates internationally, and some personal data may be transferred to or accessed from countries outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area.
Where UK personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required, such as applicable UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism permitted under UK data protection law.
Where EEA personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely where applicable on an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another transfer mechanism permitted under EU data protection law.
Where applicable, transfers may also rely on an approved Data Privacy Framework.
We apply appropriate contractual, technical and organisational safeguards to international transfers where required.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
Access to personal data is limited to people who require it for legitimate business purposes and appropriate confidentiality and security requirements apply.
No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, but we maintain and regularly review safeguards appropriate to the nature of the personal data we process.
9. How long we keep personal data

11. Data protection complaints
If you have a concern or complaint about how Benivo processes your personal data, please contact privacy@benivo.com.
We provide an electronic means for you to raise data protection complaints. We will acknowledge a data protection complaint within 30 days, investigate it appropriately and without undue delay, and communicate the outcome to you. We may request further information where reasonably necessary to investigate your complaint.
If you are in the United Kingdom and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority in your country.
12. European Union representative
Where required under EU data protection law, Benivo has appointed DataRep as its representative in the European Union.
