We are venture capital backed and serving Recruitment and HR teams at Fortune 1,000 companies. We specialise in affordable solutions for volume recruitment of entry-to-mid level talent populations who move from one city to another for work. 

Our vision is to provide the worlds' top employers with an affordable, scalable solution to support any and every employee regardless of age, wage, or role. We believe that every employee can make a significant impact and are more likely to succeed when they feel welcome.

Prof. Eli Talmor is the founder of Private Equity at London Business School, co-author of International Private Equity, and ex-Chairman of FourSqure Relocation which was acquired by Primacy Relocation, a Cartus company.

Bruce Clarke, Chairman at Arrowstreet Capital

Managing approximately $83 billion in assets under management for 165 client relationships in North America, United Kingdom, Europe and Australasia.


Alexey Gavrilenya, President FLEETCOR, Continental Europe

President - Continental Europe, FLEETCOR since February 2016, and of Eastern Europe since May 2011. From March 2009 to April 2011, Mr. Gavrilenya served as Executive Vice President Strategy and Finance, Eastern Europe. Formerly CFO of Matarex, Ltd.


Yervand Sarkisyan, Co-Founder & Partner at Granatus Ventures

Yervand is a tech entrepreneur and investor based in London. He has co-founded Agnian, a digital design and development firm with offices in London and Yerevan. Yervand has worked closely with the founders of tech and media startups, including Sedition, a digital arts platform representing world leading contemporary artists, Saatchi Art, the world’s leading online art gallery, and State.com, a company set up to democratise opinion sharing.

Nitzan Yudan, Chief Executive Officer 

Nitzan is an active promoter of equal opportunities to employees regardless of their financial background or origin, a popular speaker at business school, nominated and won personal and company awards including the Rising Star in Global Mobility by FEM, and recently was invited to the Houses of Parliament to speak about the importance of welcoming employees. Nitzan has an MBA from London Business School.


Matthew Chic, Chief Commercial Officer

Matthew completed his BA at University of California, Santa Barbara and his MBA and the Presidio Graduate School of Management in San Francisco before relocating to London.


Sandra Crespo, Chief Operating Officer

Sandra holds an Advertisement Degree from Rey Juan Carlos University, and a Masters in Marketing from ESG Paris. She has worked in Madrid, Paris and London for over 10 years, helping companies of every size improve their results through digital marketing. 


Dima Brodsky, Chief Technology Officer

Dima has 8 years’ experience in R&D leadership roles in Israel, as well as an MBA from IDC.
