We are excited to be shortlisted by the FEM EMMA, the worldwide community for Global Mobility, for two prestigious awards: “Best use of Technology” and “Rising star in Global Mobility”. The FEM recognises the importance of our mission: to make every relocating employee welcome, without breaking the budget.
Award 1: “Best use of Technology”
Benivo is a technology solution which empowers employees at a time of stress, improving their relocation experience and offering support when they need it most. Our affordable solution enables companies to make every employee welcome regardless of age, wage, and experience.
Companies can now better support their early career employees, new hires, and self-initiated moves, and benefit from an outsized return from an investment in employee experience. Our personalisation tools, advanced customisation abilities and social knowledge gives employees an exceptional tailored experience resulting in a 50% increase in employee engagement.
We are proud to have been nominated for the “Best use of Technology” award just as we introduce Artificial Intelligence to our product. We have welcomed Ben, our employee experience chatbot to Benivo. Ben learns the specific needs and solutions of each client’s community, and is able to provide tailored advice 24/7 and from any device. Check it out here.
The technology is built to integrate with any company’s existing solutions, including Relocation Management Companies. However, Benivo does not replace Relocation Management Companies, it works alongside them to deliver a better overall employee experience, and provide support to employees who were previously out-of-policy, under supported or not supported.
Award 2: “Rising star in Global Mobility”
Nitzan Yudan, Benivo CEO, is raising awareness about the value for companies of providing a better employee experience to new hires and making every employee welcome. Being shortlisted as a “Rising Star in Global Mobility” is a proof that Nitzan, Benivo’s team of experts and our technology have had a huge impact on Global Mobility and altered the way businesses look at their mobile talent and relocation services.
Earlier this year Nitzan was invited to speak at Parliament on this topic, and is currently working with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and Fragomen, shaping the future of immigration in the UK, while focusing on early-career employees.
