More than 1,000 VIP and executive relocations last year, at 9.1 out of 10.

Shortlisted three times at the 2026 FEM EMEA EMMAs

We are on the shortlist in three categories at this year's FEM EMEA EMMAs: Relocation Management Company of the Year, Best Partnership between a Corporate and Service Provider with CGI, and Most Innovative Use of Technology for MI 2.0. The winners are announced on Thursday 15 October at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.

Each shortlist recognises a different part of what we do. Together, they say something we have been saying all autumn: Benivo is More than an RMC.

Relocation Management Company of the Year

For a company many people still describe as technology, being shortlisted alongside relocation management companies matters. It reflects what we deliver: experienced relocation consultants who own every move, a vetted network of 100+ relocation suppliers across more than 100 countries, payments, expenses, allowances and compensation accumulation, and single-point accountability across all of it.

Last year, our consultants ran more than 1,000 full-service VIP and executive relocations, with 9.1 out of 10 satisfaction and zero consultant-level escalations.

The technology comes with it, included rather than sold separately. That is why our consultants spend their time on people rather than on chasing vendors or auditing invoices.

Best Partnership, with CGI

This one belongs to CGI as much as to us.

CGI was paying one provider for relocation services and another for assignment management technology, with its own team reconciling the gap. It replaced both with Benivo. Total programme spend came down 50%. Employee satisfaction rose by more than 33%, and NPS went from 37 to 67. Admin tasks fell by 40%, and 28 manual processes were automated.

Then CGI did something most organisations would not. Rather than bank the savings, it reinvested part of them to bring its permit holders under Global Mobility for the first time. As David Carmichael, who leads Global Mobility at CGI, put it: "Now I can say we've roughly got 10% of our total population on some kind of work permit. I couldn't have said that before, because we didn't know."

Most Innovative Use of Technology: MI 2.0

MI 1.0 won this category at the EMMAs in 2025. MI 2.0 takes the next step, from answers to actions, working in the flow of work so mobility teams, business stakeholders and employees get what they need where they already are.

It also draws a clear line between what AI should handle and what a person must own. Routine questions and updates are automated. The relationship, the briefings and the moments that need human judgement stay with our consultants.

What the three say together

A relocation management award, a client partnership award and a technology award. Not long ago, those would have described three different kinds of company. That is the point. Mobility teams should not have to pay for an RMC and then pay again for the technology to manage it.

Whatever happens on Thursday, being shortlisted alongside so many strong programmes and providers is a privilege. Good luck to everyone on the shortlist, and congratulations in advance to the winners.

Thank you to the judges, to FEM, and above all to the clients whose results made these entries. We will see you at the Royal Lancaster on Thursday.

Benivo: Everything you would expect from an RMC. Everything you would not.
