Parts 1 and 2 will be centered around The ShoeMars Reward Challenge where participants will develop a reward framework for ShoeMars, a direct-to-consumer hi-tech company with a diverse and international workforce. Part 3 will provide an opportunity to reflect and develop solutions for implementing a global mobility-focused reward framework. This masterclass series is a unique opportunity to confront the significant challenges that organizations face when rewarding a diverse and international workforce. It will explore how ShoeMars can reward its people effectively given its global mobility context and its mix of virtual and physical working locations. Attendees will learn what others are doing differently, what works, and what doesn't. The masterclass will help build the competence and confidence to think differently and take inspiration to transform an organization's approach to reward.  I hope you can [join us](https://www.benivo.com/mobility-masterclass-reward) for this exciting series.  [![Learn more and register](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/1187624/0bf8b62f-81dc-41de-a578-067e19308fb1.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/1187624/0bf8b62f-81dc-41de-a578-067e19308fb1) ![Michelle Curran](https://www.benivo.com/hubfs/WIN_20220301_07_04_48_Pro%20(2).jpg) Author ### [Michelle Curran](https://www.benivo.com/blog/author/michelle-curran) Created on 5-4-2023 Subscribe to our blog. ##### Engage - [Benivo for RFPs & RFIs ](https://www.benivo.com/rfps-rfis) - [Analyse Savings Potential](https://www.benivo.com/savings) - [Watch Demos](https://www.benivo.com/demos) - [Contact](https://www.benivo.com/contact) - [Create a Vendor Profile](https://www.benivo.com/vendors) ##### Social - [Benivo Blog](https://www.benivo.com/blog) - [Benivo on LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/benivo/) - [Benivo on Facebook](https://www.facebook.com/BenivoHQ) - [Benivo on Twitter](https://twitter.com/BenivoGM) - [Benivo Shows & Recordings](https://www.benivo.com/the-view-from-the-top-benivo-podcast) ##### Company - [Mission, Vision, Values](https://www.benivo.com/mission-vision-values) - [Benivo Strategy Council](https://www.benivo.com/strategy-council) - [Leadership & Board](https://www.benivo.com/about) - [GDPR](https://www.benivo.com/gdpr) - [Data Security](https://www.benivo.com/blog/benivo-earns-iso-27001-certification) - [Careers](https://www.benivo.com/jobs) - [Anti-slavery and human trafficking](https://www.benivo.com/anti-slavery-and-human-trafficking) - [ISO 27001 Certification](https://www.benivo.com/iso-27001-certification) -   ### Blog © 2022 All Rights Reserved - Benivo | [Terms of Use](https://www.benivo.com/terms-and-conditions) | [Privacy Policy](https://www.benivo.com/privacy-policy) | [Cookies Policy](https://www.benivo.com/cookies-policy) ```json { "@context" : "https://schema.org", "@type" : "VideoObject", "contentUrl" : "https://1187624.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/1187624/Reward%20masterclass%20promo%20video%20short%20(1)-1.mp4", "dateModified" : "2026-03-06T21:41:39.863Z", "duration" : "PT1M1.022S", "height" : 1080, "name" : "Reward masterclass promo video short (1)-1", "thumbnailUrl" : "https://api-na1.hubspot.com/filemanager/api/v3/files/thumbnail-redirect/109549087907?portalId=1187624&size=medium", "uploadDate" : "2023-04-04T22:17:12.829Z", "width" : 1920 } ``` ```json { "@context" : "http://schema.org", "@type" : "BlogPosting", "author" : { "@type" : "Person", "image" : { "@type" : "ImageObject", "url" : "https://f.hubspotusercontent20.net/hubfs/1187624/WIN_20220301_07_04_48_Pro%20(2).jpg" }, "name" : "Michelle Curran", "url" : "https://www.benivo.com/blog/author/michelle-curran" }, "dateModified" : "April 5, 2023, 4:22:07 PM", "datePublished" : "2023-04-05 16:22:07", "description" : "Join us for a corporate-only 3-part Mobility Masterclass Series on Reward with renowned industry experts Michael Piker, and Peter Newhouse.
