# Immigration Update

In case you missed this week's The View From The Top, here is the Immigration update for the week of June 27, 2022 from [Fragomen's](https://www.linkedin.com/company/fragomen-del-rey-bernsen-%26-loewy/) [Julia Onslow Cole](https://www.linkedin.com/in/juliaonslowcole/).

In this show Julia discussed four trends:

1. An increase in business travel is resulting in many problems globally. Problems such as staffing issues, vendor issues, landing charges and more
2. An increase in digitalization is resulting in sinister allegations in some countries
3. Global rise in inflation — most likely to impact immigration given that many countries have minimum wage requirements
4. Permits foundation will soon release a comprehensive study on what global mobility professionals think about dependants having a right to work
