# Inviting employees to Benivo

Fast and secure initiation to Benivo

 

**Steps to complete an initiation**

1. Access your Benivo account, instructions [here](https://www.benivo.com/management-platform-access).
2. Click on *People.*

3. Click on *Add Employee*

4. You can invite individual cases by clicking on *Single Employee*. For bulk uploads, click *Multiple Employees*.

**Steps to complete an initiation**

The Benivo standard initiation fields are:

- First name
- Last name
- Email
- Phone number (optional)
- Host location
- Policy / employee type
- Home location (optional)
- Work start date (optional)
- Arrival date (optional)

Unlimited custom initiation fields can be added upon request. These fields can be used to filter reporting (ex: business unit) or to further personalise the experience for the employee (ex: joining a certain business group).
