Our most recent The View From The Top show was a fantastic showcase of how Benivo's unified mobility platform is helping companies streamline their relocation processes and save valuable time and resources.

Case Study 1: World map report

First up was Tom Pinfield-Wells, who presented the world map report of one of his clients. In this case, the problem of having to check multiple sources for information on employee moves was solved with the creation of a dashboard report that provides live data at the click of a button. With this tool, the client's Global Mobility Managers can now spend more time on strategic matters instead of having to constantly react to information requests.

Case Study 2: Remedium's onboarding process

Next, Ilenia Cislaghi talked about the Remedium onboarding process, which was previously a manual and time-consuming process. With the Benivo platform, recruiters can now request and gather information from employees with just a few clicks, reducing the time spent on manual tasks and giving them quick access to the information they need.

Case Study 3: Athenahealth VIP support

Tom then highlighted the importance of VIP support with the case study of athenahealth. The Benivo tracker solution provided in-moment visibility of all services being carried out for the VIPs, making it easy to monitor their status and provide them with the best service.

Case Study 4: Temp accommodation

Ilenia continued by describing a case of temporary accommodation booking process of another client, an online travel company, which was previously a time-wasting back and forth between employees and the client's GM team. With Benivo's platform, employees can now easily select their preferred accommodation options from a map, and the booking process is fully automated, saving the GM team time and reducing the number of emails they have to deal with.

Case Study 5: Intercom - Automating reference letters

Tom presented the Intercom reference letter automation solution. The previous manual process of obtaining reference letters for relocating employees was time-consuming and hard to track. With e-signatures via the Benivo platform, employees can now request reference letters quickly and easily, and the process is fully automated for GMs and HR contacts, reducing their workload and ensuring that employees get their reference letters fast.

Case Study 6: Adding flexibility and managing costs

This was a large IT company with very high volumes of global moves, especially India outbounds. They were moving senior level employees and wanted to revamp their offering and add more flexibility/choice, and at the same time manage costs. They wanted to find a way to "take money out of the benefit selection options". They accomplished this by creating point values so employees could choose what they wanted and what they needed. Removing the monetary values reduced spend and employees only initiated benefits they actually needed. Using the Benivo core/flex technology they were able to automate the process to make it quick, easy and pain-free for the employee and the business.
