Your Benivo Client Success Manager

Each client is assigned a Benivo Client Success Manager (CSM). The Benivo CSM is focuced on making sure our clients obtain full value from the service as well as achieve the defined service objectives.

Your CSM will work closely with you to make sure that your unique Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are aligned to the service goals by creating creative solutions to the company's business problems.

Benivo CSM team accompanies every client through the process of product implementation. Both CSMs, supported by a team of experts, as consultants to clients looking for creative solutions to improve the employee onboarding experience through their relocation process.
