It seems almost everyone in Mobility is considering the concept of flexibility in mobility policies and Mobility is increasingly turning to flexibility to enhance the customer experience. There are many reasons driving the need for flexibility. Some are focused on the business and others centered on the employee. Michelle Durkin and Morgan Crosby from AIRINC joined us to discuss AIRINC and Benivo’s benchmark study that explores why and how organizations are looking to create adaptable mobility policies and areas such as:
