On Benivo Bites this week, we welcomed Angela Rodriguez, Director of University Relations and recruiting at Phillips 66. Benivo has been working with Phillips 66 through BGRS for two years and Angela has a decade's worth of experience on the Phillips 66 talent team. Angela spoke to what she's accomplished with her early careers program this year, how they are managing intern movement and cast some light on how Benivo and Phillips 66 are supporting the effort for all of her stakeholders. Benivo's CCO, Matthew Chic was also on the show to bring the Benivo for Phillips 66 product experience to life with a short demo.
