Most tech companies are predominantly male dominated with only 30% female being an industry standard. Benivo is different as the majority of our employees are female. We believe that this is one of the reasons why Benivo is so successful.
In the season opener of Benivo Bites, we welcomed Gohar Aghababyan (Benivo's Head of Development) and Natalie Wayne (Benivo's Head of Product) to the show. Gohar is based in Armenia and has grown our Yerevan team from just her to a team of 50 professionals. It is a fantastic growth story and throws a spotlight on a country that many people will not know well. Natalie is our London-based Head of Product. Natalie shared her experiences on how we use Agile Development alongside the Development team to deliver the fastest moving product in the industry. Together Natalie and Gohar are the brains behind making the Benivo experience so intuitive and enjoyable.
