How to navigate it

1) Click File - Download As Excel. That way you can edit the spreadsheet and adjust it to your needs. You can also click File and Make a Copy if you prefer to keep it in Google Spreadsheets

2) Determine which service elements of your Global Mobility work you want assignees to give you feedback on.

3) In the Employee Feedback Sheets, replace "Product / Service Element 1" etc with the names of the service elements you are investigating

4) Collect NPS scores across your Global Mobility service elements. For example, ask your assignees "On a scale from 0 to 10, How did we do in supporting you find accommodation?"

5) Also include NPS questions about your external service providers: "Based on your experience with our immigration provider, how likely are you to recommend us as an employer to work for? (scale of 0-10)

6) Feed these scores (and any additional comments they make, as well as their name) into the tab "2018 - Employee Feedback"

7) In the case of lower scores: If you use our model of running Retrospectives (reviews of reasons for low scores and taking remedial action), you can note next to each low score (6 and below) the Retrospective number and who is in charge.

8) The scores will feed into the "Monthly Results" tab and the "Monthly NPS Growth" tab. These two tabs allow you to aggregate the data and observe trends in your assignees' satisfaction
